In Nechayane, Mykolaiv Oblast, the village council building damaged by Russian shelling will be repaired for ₴1.5 million

In the village of Nechayane, Mykolaiv region, three tenders were held for the repair of the village council building, which was partially destroyed as a result of the Russian attack on July 6, 2022.

This is evidenced by data from the ProZorro public procurement system, NikVesti writes in the article «What steps Nechayane community is taking in the direction of recovery».

In general, the Nechayane village council allocated 1 million 596 thousand hryvnias for the restoration of the damaged administrative building.

From these funds, the customer spent 2 thousand hryvnias on conducting an examination of the estimate documentation, and another 9 thousand 280 hryvnias on, in fact, the development of project documentation.

The ongoing repair of the village council building itself will cost the Nechayane community 1 million 585 thousand hryvnias. Contractors must complete all specified works by December 31 of the current year.

As NikVesti reported in the Nechayane village council, during the full-scale war in the village community, a total of 53 objects were damaged or destroyed.

«Health care facilities — 3, non-residential facilities — 8, educational facilities — 1, residential buildings (apartments) — 41,» says the response to the information request.

As you know, on July 6, 2022, during the massive shelling of the village of Nechayane, in addition to the administrative building, 6 private residential buildings, a local store, a lyceum, and 10 vehicles were damaged.

— If we talk about the Nechayane Lyceum, the UN was involved in the reconstruction there. We are restoring the Nechayane cultural center with our own resources, we are rebuilding the administrative building of the village council, which was also damaged, with our own funds. The foundation also helped us restore the outpatient clinic, unfortunately, I don't remember which one, — says the head of the Nechayane village council, Mykola Vivchar.

The village council also noted that the damage assessment of damaged and destroyed property on the territory of the community as a result of Russian aggression has not been carried out until now.

We remind you that in the building of the Administration of the Central District of Mykolaiv, damaged by Russian shelling, windows and doors will be replaced for 1 million 670 thousand hryvnias. The contractor will have to replace 120 windows and five doors by December 25, 2023, as well as perform related work (dismantling of old products, arrangement of slopes, loading and transportation of construction waste).
