Ukraine received budget aid from the Republic of Korea in the amount of 100 million dollars, which will be aimed at supporting the social sphere.

This was reported in the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to the Framework Agreement signed in April 2024, Ukraine has the opportunity to receive loans in the amount of up to 2.1 billion US dollars until 2029.

«This is the first budget aid from our Korean partners, which will be directed to support the social sphere,» wrote Denys Shmyhal.

We will remind that in 2024, South Korea allocated 14 million dollars for the restoration of the water infrastructure of Ukraine, including the Mykolaiv Oblast.
