Kim's declaration for 2023: a salary of ₴1.3 million, a Hublot watch and six apartments in Mykolaiv

The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim, declared that he owns six apartments and two cars, and together with his wife keeps more than 95,000 dollars and 500,000 hryvnias in cash.

The declaration of property and income for 2023 was submitted to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) on March 29, NikVesti reports.

In the real estate section, Vitalii Kim listed six apartments with an area of 115.7 m2, 49.1 m2, 102.6, 84.1 m2, 73.4 m2 and 57.9 m2. Also in this section, the head of Mykolaiv RMA indicated a non-residential premises with an area of 293.61 m2. All listed real estate objects are located in Mykolaiv and were purchased between 2017 and 2020.

In the section of valuable movable property, Vitalii Kim indicated a Swiss Hublot watch worth 438 thousand 720 hryvnias. They belong to his wife Yuliia Kim and were bought in 2022.

Vitalii Kim and his wife own two cars: a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E200 and a 2017 SUBARU XV 2.0. The Kim family also rents a 2020 Volkswagen Touareg R-Line, which belongs to the PP Monolit company.

Yuliia Kim, the wife of the Governor of the Mykolaiv Oblast, owns the companies «Duet-Plus» and «Media Group». Previously, NikVesti, referring to the data of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, wrote that Vitaly Kim transferred these companies to his wife after he was appointed to the position of the head of Mykolayiv RMA.

In addition, Vitalii Kim noted that his wife Yulia has 0.71 Bitcoins on the Binance platform. As of April 1, in the hryvnia equivalent, 0.71 Bitcoin is equal to 1,932,044 hryvnias.

In the income section, it is stated that in 2023 Vitaly Kim earned 1 million 349 thousand 227 hryvnias, which is an average of 112 thousand per month. Yuliia Kim earned 500 thousand hryvnias in one year.

Vitalii Kim keeps 67,000 US dollars in cash, another 28,550,000 US dollars and 509,300 hryvnias were declared by his wife, which in total amounts to 108,400 dollars or 4,224,000 hryvnias.

Vitalii Kim's Ukrainian bank accounts contain 101.5 thousand hryvnias and 126 euros, another 74 thousand euros are kept in Santander Bank, which is registered in Spain. Based on the data from Vitalii Kim's declaration for 2021, it can be concluded that the account in the Spanish bank of the head of RMA appeared only in 2022. Also, 69.2 thousand euros, 20.9 thousand hryvnias and 3.7 thousand euros lie in various bank accounts of Yulia Kim.

We will remind that in December 2023, Kim was second after Zelenskyy in the top three leaders of trust among Ukrainian politicians.
