Sienkevych's deputies released declarations for 2023: new real estate and increased savings

The deputies of the Mykolaiv city mayor have made public the savings and property for 2023 in their annual declarations. In comparison with the declarations for the past years, there are no significant changes among the officials, but during this time some bought new real estate, received salaries and other payments.

In the declaration of the first deputy mayor of Mykolaiv, Vitalii Lukov, it is not stated that he owns real estate. However, in May 2023, the official's wife, Larysa Lukova, purchased a country house in Mykolaiv with an area of 29.7 square meters, as well as a plot of land with an area of 555 square meters. Since 1994, he has the right of permanent use of a 1,000 square meter plot of land in Kazanka.

In 2023, the vice-mayor earned 933,364 hryvnias. The official's wife, who works as a doctor in the Voznesensk medical institution, earned 249,960 hryvnias per year. The annual savings of the vice-mayor and his wife amount to 530,000 hryvnias.

It should also be noted that the official received 31,629 hryvnias for conducting an online lecture in December 2022 for figures from Germany. During the speech, he reported on environmental challenges for Mykolaiv that were connected with the war, the vice-mayor said in a comment to NikVesti.

«It was an online performance. This project was paid for by Germany. It was connected with the consequences of the bombing of our enterprises. We talked about the impact of the war on the ecology of Mykolaiv as a result of shelling. The participants of the lecture were public figures and scientists. I actually read this lecture in the car, it is short. It was in December 2022. The only thing is that I received this money in 2023, so I declared it last year. A contract for the provision of educational services was signed, so a contract with the company was drawn up,» said Vitalii Lukov.

His wife has owned an apartment in Mykolaiv since 2016 with an area of 52 square meters. Yuliia Koreniva also drives a 2014 Toyota Highlander and has the right to use a 2018 Mazda CX-5.

It also owns 30% of the corporate rights of NIXITY-DEVELOPMENT LLC.

In 2023, Serhii Koreniev earned 826 thousand 15 hryvnias, and also received a pension in the amount of 66 thousand hryvnias. The official keeps 150,000 hryvnias and 5,000 dollars in cash at home.

His wife Yuliia, who works at the National Shipbuilding University, earned 64,324 hryvnias in wages last year.

Since 1994, Anatoly Petrov, the vice-mayor for humanitarian issues, has owned an apartment in the village of Dobra Krynytsia in the Bashtanka district with an area of 115.7 square meters. Anatolii Petrov's wife owns an apartment with an area of 29.8 square meters.

The official does not have a personal car, but his wife Liubov drives a 2005 Opel Astra.

In 2023, Anatolii Petrov earned 913 thousand 734 hryvnias in the Mykolaiv City Council, he received another 58 thousand 941 hryvnias for rented property. He keeps 15 thousand hryvnias in cash. His wife, who works in the education department of the Ingul village council, earned 283,119 hryvnias.

In 2023, the vice-mayor earned 750 thousand 797 hryvnias as a salary in the executive committee of the Mykolaiv City Council, and another 107 thousand 39 hryvnias were credited to him as pensions. He also received another 16 thousand 366 hryvnias in insurance payments.

Previously, the declaration on income and property for 2023 was submitted by the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych. Last year, he received a salary of 678 thousand hryvnias, and his wife bought three types of cryptocurrency.

The head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitalii Kim, declared that he owns six apartments and two cars, and together with his wife, he keeps more than 95 thousand dollars and 500 thousand hryvnias in cash.
