Mayor Sienkevych earned ₴678,000 in 2023, and his wife's income exceeded ₴4 million

The mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, submitted a declaration on income and property for 2023. For this, he received a salary of 678 thousand hryvnias, and his wife purchased three types of cryptocurrency.

Real estate and land plots

Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych owns two plots of land with a total area of two thousand square meters and a total cost of UAH 171,900, as well as two apartments in Mykolaiv, which were purchased in 2007 and 2008, with an area of 54.5 and 69.6 square meters.

The mayor also declared that starting in 2019, he will rent a house with his wife and children, with an area of 271.5 square meters. The rent of which cost 264 thousand hryvnias in 2023.

His wife, Kateryna Sienkevych, owns a plot of land with an area of 2,622 square meters and a complex of buildings with an area of 261.2 square meters in occupied Nova Kakhovka. Also in Nova Kakhovka, the mayor's wife shares a 66 square meter apartment with her parents.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion in August 2022, his wife and children live in Poland and rent a 68-square-meter apartment.

The mayor of Mykolaiv does not have his own or rented cars, but his wife has been renting a 2018 VOLVO XC90 car from Lyeda since 2019. The founder of this enterprise is Iryna Olennikova, with whom Kateryna Sienkevych jointly owns an apartment in occupied Nova Kakhovka.

Income and savings

Since 2015, Kateryna Sienkevych has owned 39% of the corporate rights in the companies: LLC «FFW Mykolaiv» and LLC «Blink Reaction International», which are registered in Ukraine.

Since 2023, she owns 33% of the corporate rights in Solna Sprava LLC and 25% in Charne Moze LLC, which are registered in Poland.

Oleksandr Sienkovych has owned the trademark since 2013.

In addition, in 2023, the wife of the mayor of Mykolaiv purchased cryptocurrency for a total of 18 thousand 199 hryvnias.

She owns since 2023:

• Ethereum (ETH) — 2 thousand hryvnias
• SOL (Solana) — 723 hryvnias

But from 2022:

• BAL (Balance) — 548 hryvnias
• FTM (fantom) — 698 hryvnias
• DOT (Polka Dot) — 542 hryvnias

Oleksandr Sienkevych's main income is his salary — 678 thousand 180 hryvnias (on average it is 56 thousand 515 hryvnias per month). He also indicated in the declaration a gift from the Trade Union Organization of Executive Bodies of the Mykolaiv City Council — 2,729 hryvnias.

At the same time, his wife received income from her entrepreneurial activity in the amount of 4 million 686 thousand 753 hryvnias and wages from her main place of work in the amount of 116 thousand 300 hryvnias.

Kateryna Sienkevych paid 88,800 Polish zlotys for the education of her two children in 2023, which in hryvnia equivalent is 875,189 hryvnias.

In the declaration, the mayor of Mykolaiv noted that he has 53,703 hryvnias, 1,927 dollars and 159 euros in his accounts in Ukrainian banks.

His wife, Kateryna Sienkevych, has $75,000 in cash. She keeps 140,270 hryvnias and 4,981 dollars in bank accounts in Ukraine.

In Poland, the mayor's wife has 15,000 dollars, 11,000 euros and 210 zlotys in bank accounts. She also lent PLN 101,300 and EUR 7,587 to Czarne Morze LLC.
