«I have also instructed the government and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to provide all necessary assistance to Odesa and Mykolaiv regions due to difficult weather conditions — severe temperature fluctuations. The situation on the roads in the southern regions and in the municipal sector in general is not easy. Help is needed,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

According to him, emergency and repair crews are currently working in enhanced mode throughout the country — from the western regions to the border communities in the north and east. A significant amount of work remains in Kyiv and the Kyiv region.

«I want to thank the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, all our rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the municipal services that are working, as well as all energy companies — all state and private companies. Now everyone must work as cohesively as possible, and I want to thank everyone who is working in this way — professionally and with real dedication,» the president said.

Earlier it was reported that due to bad weather in the Mykolaiv region, the situation on the roads remains difficult. The authorities are urging residents to stay at home.
