The Russian Federation hit a convoy of grain trucks in Sumy Oblast with a missile: a 23-year-old driver was killed

On the night of September 1, the Russian military launched a missile attack on a convoy of grain trucks in the Sumy region.

As a result, a 23-year-old driver died, and four more people were injured, reports the prosecutor's office of the Sumy region.

The enemy fired at a column of grain trucks that were on the Sumy-Kharkiv road, near the village of Verkhnia Syrovatka, Sumy district.

«As a result of the attack by the occupiers, a 23-year-old truck driver was killed, and four other drivers were injured,» the prosecutor's office reports.

As a result of the impact, one truck caught fire, and about 20 others were damaged.

Currently, the prosecutor's office is conducting a pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
