On the morning of 18 January, Russians attacked Zaporizhzhia, hitting the city centre. A man was killed in a Russian missile strike on Zaporizhzhia on 18 January. Another 10 people were injured.
This was reported by the head of the Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.
According to the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, the administrative building of an industrial facility in the city was partially destroyed. Residential buildings and private vehicles were also damaged.
According to him, as of 18:00, there is confirmed information about one person killed in the shelling — the State Emergency Service unblocked the body of a man from the rubble.
Ten people are also known to be wounded. They suffered shrapnel wounds, cut wounds, concussions, bruises and fractures.
A woman in serious condition and a man with cut wounds, whose condition is assessed as moderate, remain under medical supervision. Eight people will be treated on an outpatient basis.
In the morning of 18 January, Russian troops attacked Kyiv. As a result of ballistic missile attacks, four people were killed and three others were injured.
