Rescuers complete rubble removal in Poltava: 14 people died in the building

In Poltava, emergency rescue operations have been completed at the site of a five-storey building destroyed by an enemy missile strike on 1 February.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The death toll has risen to 14 as of the evening.
«Emergency and rescue operations have been completed at the site of the destroyed five-storey building in Poltava. As a result of the enemy strike, 14 people were killed, including 2 children aged 9 and 12. 20 people were injured, including 4 children aged 3 months, 2, 8 and 12. 22 people were rescued. Psychologists of the SES and the National Police helped 206 people, including 11 children,» the SES reported.
As a reminder, on 1 February at around 8:30 am, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Poltava, hitting a five-storey residential building. The attack destroyed the entrance from the first to the fifth floor, started a fire, and damaged neighbouring houses and 12 cars. According to preliminary data, the attack was carried out by an X-22 missile.
