Massive Russian attack in Kyiv region: one dead and one injured

On the night of Sunday, 18 May, the Kyiv region came under a massive attack by Russian drones. A woman was killed and three other people were hospitalised.

This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

Thus, a woman died as a result of shelling in the Obukhiv district. Three more people, including a child, were injured and hospitalised. The condition of the victims is assessed as moderate.

The attack partially destroyed a private house and damaged windows in a nearby multi-storey building.

In addition, a fire broke out on the territory of a feed mill in Fastiv district.

The KCMA added that the wreckage of one of the drones fell in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital. The roof of a non-residential building was damaged.

As a reminder, on Saturday, 17 May, Russian troops attacked several communities in Mykolaiv region with drones. There were no casualties, and two villages were left without electricity.
