On the night of July 7, air defense destroyed all 13 attack drones that the Russians launched over Ukraine.

This was announced by the commander of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Mykola Oleschuk.

The drones were launched from the Kursk region in Russia. From there they also hit with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles.

The air attack was repulsed by anti-aircraft missile units, calculations of mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces and EW means of the Air Force. Shahed drones managed to be shot down in Kirovohrad, Kharkiv, Sumy and Poltava regions.

It should be noted that during the day shelling of the Mykolaiv region was not recorded, as reported by the Mykolaiv RMA.
