It is noted that among the returned children is a 12-year-old girl whose parents serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Mykola Kuleba noted that they had long been looking for an opportunity to evacuate their daughter, because the children of servicemen at the TOT are under close control.

It was also possible to return two brothers aged 15 and 19. A month ago, the FSS detained their parents, and nothing is known about them at the moment. Russian special services also interrogated the older brother. It was very difficult to get the boys out of the occupied territory.

In addition, Mykola Kuleba also wrote that since 2014, 1.5 million Ukrainian children have been living in the temporarily occupied territories and on the territory of the Russian Federation.

We will remind that Ukraine managed to return five pupils of the Novopetrivka boarding school from the Mykolaiv region, who were stolen by Russian troops in July 2022.

Earlier it was reported that a minor child who had not seen his parents for two years was returned from the occupation.
