A tender for paid parking spaces has been announced again in Voznesensk: there were no bidders last year

Operators are being sought for car parks in the centre of Voznesensk. Photo: Voznesensk City CouncilThe Voznesensk community has announced a tender to select operators for paid parking at six sites in the city centre.
The relevant announcement was published by the Department of Housing, Utilities and Capital Construction of Voznesensk City Council.
It should be noted that this is already the third attempt by the city authorities to find operators for paid parking in Voznesensk. In 2025, a similar tender was twice declared void due to a lack of participants. At that time, no entrepreneur or company submitted an application to operate the car parks on Chubchyka Street, Tsentralna Street, Platanova Street and Tsentralna Square. The city council reported that it had not received a single tender proposal, either in person or by post.
This time, six lots were put up for tender:
- Chubchyka Street (from Tsentralna Street to Kyivska Street);
- Tsentralna Street near house №19a;
- Tsentralna Street near building №29;
- Tsentralna Street near house №31/1;
- Platanova (Korolenka) Street near buildings №2, №8 and №10;
- Central Square near building №1.
The winners of the tender will be granted the right to organise and manage paid parking areas.
Participants are required to have the necessary material and technical resources, qualified staff, and experience in the maintenance and repair of public amenities.
The terms of the tender stipulate that operators must equip car parks with road signs and markings, provide the option to pay for parking via parking meters or electronic services, and provide spaces for people with disabilities.
The tender will take place on 6 July 2026. Applications can be submitted until 3 July. Applicants may participate in either a single lot or several lots simultaneously.
As a reminder, 164 parking spaces were designated in Voznesensk in 2021. At the same time, the first three paid parking spaces and parking enforcement officers began operating. They use photo and video evidence to record violations of stopping, standing and parking regulations and can issue administrative fines.
The city council reminds residents that it is prohibited to park cars on pedestrian crossings and within 10 metres of them, at junctions, public transport stops, on pavements, on grass verges, near exits from adjacent areas, and in other places where a vehicle obstructs traffic.
It is also prohibited to leave vehicles within five metres of waste collection points. Fines ranging from 200 to 680 hryvnias are imposed for parking violations, depending on the nature of the offence.
