Ten million hryvnias have been allocated this year for the routine maintenance of roads within residential estates in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv. Work is planned in Lisky and on Namyv.
This was reported by the Zavodskyi District administration in response to an information request from NikVesti.
The Zavodskyi District Administration stated that 9.5 million hryvnias have been allocated for the implementation of public investment projects this year. These funds are to be used to carry out major repairs to the pavement on Lazurna Street between Nursery School №12 and Gymnasium №57, and to the «Bila Street» bus stop on the odd-numbered side of General Oleksa Almazov Street.
They also plan to carry out major repairs to the internal neighbourhood roads on Dachna Street (nos. 11–13A) and Kurortna Street (nos. 10–12A). On other roads, they intend to carry out routine repairs to the road surface. A total of 10,036,334 hryvnias has been earmarked for this.
The list of internal neighbourhood roads scheduled for routine repairs includes the following:
- along buildings Nos. 11/1, 13/1, 19-A, 19-D and 19-G on Yevhenii Lohinov Street;
- near buildings Nos. 50, 52, 52-A and 52-B on Lazurna Street;
- along building No. 53 on General Oleksa Almazov Street.
The budget has allocated 3 million hryvnias for the maintenance and development of roads in the Zavodskyi district. Plans have been made for routine repairs to the road in Velyka Korenyha from Maksym Zalizniak Street to Izmailska Street, and from building №2 on Zalizniak Street to Komunalna Street.
As a reminder, the Department of Housing and Communal Services has commissioned the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the repair of the junction of General Oleksa Almazov Street and Bila Street. According to the design brief, plans are in place to change the traffic management scheme at the junction, update road signs and road markings, install LED lighting at pedestrian crossings, refurbish public transport stops, create bus bays, repair pavements and lay new paving slabs. The project must also take into account cycle route № 3 «Namyv — Lisky — Centre» and alter the configuration of certain elements of the junction to ensure safer movement of vehicles and pedestrians.
