Eight temporary structures are set to be dismantled in four districts of Mykolaiv. These include a bus stop complex, kiosks, a summer terrace and a shopping pavilion.
The decision to dismantle them was taken by the executive committee on 22 July, according to NikVesti.
Yevhen Poliakov, Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning and the city’s chief architect, noted that the decision to dismantle the structures was taken following requests from the Zavodskyi District administration and the contact centre. Some structures have been re-erected, so they too are to be dismantled.
«All decisions relate to clearing municipal land of unauthorised temporary structures,» said Yevhen Poliakov.
In the Korabelnyi District, the «Lasunchyk» retail pavilion near house №32 on Metalurhiv Street and the kiosk on Oleh Kravets Street, near residential building №170, are to be removed.
In the Inhulskyi district, a temporary structure at 240 Ihor Bedzai Street, near the ATB supermarket, is to be dismantled.
In the Central District, the decision to dismantle applies to a kiosk on 9 Voienna Street at the junction with Kostiantynivska Street and a summer terrace on Soborna Street near non-residential premises №5-B.
In the Zavodskyi District, the kiosks on the corner of Sadova Street and Pohranychna Street, on Pryvokzalna Square, and the bus stop complex on the corner of Kovalska Street and 1 Slobidska Street (in the direction away from the city centre) are to be dismantled.
They are to be dismantled by 31 December. The Department of Urban Planning and Architecture is to determine who will remove the structures.
As a reminder, at the Executive Committee meeting on 8 July, the dismantling of eight temporary structures in Mykolaiv was approved. An illegally erected garage, a metal fence, a bus stop complex, kiosks and a retail pavilion in various parts of the city are to be removed.
