According to data from the Prozorro e-procurement system, the estimated cost of the works was 2,887,576 hryvnias.
The contract was awarded by the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Development Project Support of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
Screenshot from ProzorroThe contract was awarded to private enterprise «BF SOVAR GROUP». The company offered to carry out the work for 2,829,824 hryvnias. The work is due to be completed by 30 December 2026.
In response to an information request, NikVesti stated that the project involves the construction of a sports ground covering an area of 144 square metres. The surface will be made of rubber slabs laid on a concrete base. The 386-square-metre pedestrian area will be laid with patterned paving elements (FEM).
Plans are in place to install six benches and six litter bins, a horizontal bar with a ladder, a set of parallel two-level bars, a balance beam and a horizontal bar. There will also be a Roman chair for hyperextension exercises, an arm-supported sit-up bench, a hip extensor, an abdominal muscle trainer and a table tennis table.
In addition, the gazebos are to be painted, and 25 boxwood shrubs and 25 thuja shrubs are to be planted.
The total area of the site is 890 square metres, of which 144 square metres is taken up by the sports ground.
The department noted that the area will be used for the rehabilitation of hospital patients and war veterans. The site will also be adapted to ensure unimpeded access for people with disabilities and other groups with reduced mobility. In particular, plans include lowering the kerbs in the area of pedestrian crossings and installing ramps with tactile indicators.

This decision was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on 7 March as part of the implementation of investment projects by the Ministry of Health.
Earlier, the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration announced a tender for the major repair of the road surfaces within the regional clinical hospital. The estimated cost of the works is 7.5 million hryvnias.
