Mykolaiv City Council deputy from «Servant of the People», deputy head of Mykolaiv RMA Ramil Agabekov believes that the townspeople should re-elect some heads of condominiums who left the city.
He said this in an interview with the MART TV channel.
The deputy meant that some heads of associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings worked one hundred percent in preparation for the heating season, and some could not cope with the tasks, in particular, due to their absence in Mykolaiv.
— I know heads of condominiums who, during intensive preparations (before starting the heat, note) did not get out of the basements. They sat there, always in touch with all the apartments, worked out the question of which apartments had already received heat, which ones had not. I know cases where there was a shortage of work, they did not have time, for example. I know cases where the heads of condominiums are not in place, have moved to another city or somewhere in Europe, but they still remain in office and try to solve the issue remotely, it is good when they have some assistants in place. But I believe that where there are problems and the heads of condominiums are not in place, that the residents of these buildings should think about the head of the condominium: re-elect the head so that the association is headed by a person who is on site and can work out issues in the offline mode, said Ramil Ahabekov.
It should be noted that some deputies of the city council are also not in the city for a long time, which is why all sessions are held online, but currently none of the local politicians is talking about the re-election of the city council.
As a reminder, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. As of the evening of November 18, Mykolaiv CHP company connected half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat. At the same time, in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.
As of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing. Then the first deputy of Mykolaiv city mayor Vitalii Lukov announced that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.
On the evening of November 21, there were still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.
The Mykolaiv thermal power plant said that delays in the supply of heat to multi-apartment buildings occurred due to large gusts on the main pipelines of the heating lines.
