US President Donald Trump said he was shocked that Ukrainians live without heating in severe frosts.

He said this while talking to journalists on board Air Force One.

«The people of Ukraine are having a very hard time. They are living without heat at minus 20 degrees. You know, it's very cold. It's mostly colder than Canada. But they are living without heat.
