«Everyone understands: the next six months must be a time of maximum focus and stabilisation of the country’s functioning. Our priority is to ensure the stability of state institutions, support for the army, timely payments to people, and the functioning of the energy sector, the economy and local government. We must also continue to take steps that bring us closer to joining the European Union,» the MP noted.

Separately, according to the politician, diplomatic efforts were discussed.

«Ukraine needs real progress towards peace — not a freeze on the war, but the creation of conditions to save lives, strengthen international support and exert pressure on the aggressor state. This requires a strong state position, unity within the country and responsible work by all branches of government. Today is not the time for internal conflicts or political theatrics. It is time for decisions that will help Ukraine stand firm, strengthen the state and bring about a just peace,» he is convinced.

According to him, the meeting was also attended by the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk; First Deputy Speaker Oleksandr Korniienko; Head of the President’s Office Kyrylo Budanov; and Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko.

Earlier, Davyd Arakhamiia stated that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s remarks regarding the possible mobilisation of MPs had been misinterpreted.
