Gennadiy Pogorelov, head of the Mykolaiv Territorial Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, has submitted his declaration of income and assets for 2025. Over the past year, some members of his family have acquired luxury cars, whilst he himself holds tens of thousands of dollars.

This is evidenced by the data in the declaration submitted to the NACP’s register of declarations for 2025, NikVesti reports.

The couple own several properties in the Mykolaiv region. Hennadii Pohorelov himself has declared a residential house with an area of 236.8 square metres and a plot of land in Mykolaiv, as well as a house with an area of 266 square metres and two plots of land in the village of Halytsynove.

His wife owns a cottage and a plot of land in Koblevo, a two-hectare plot in the village of Lymany, a flat and a garage in Yalta, which were purchased before the occupation of Crimea, as well as a 119-square-metre flat in Turkey. Its value, according to the latest valuation, is 1,386,000 hryvnias.

Among his valuable movable property, Hennadii Pohorelov declared a Vacheron Constantin Geneve watch worth 519,800 hryvnias and a Breguet 1480 watch worth 312,000 hryvnias.

Hennadii Pohorelov does not officially own any cars. However, the most expensive new purchase listed in the declaration is a 2025 YANGWANG U7 electric car, which his wife, Nadiia Pohorelova, acquired on 31 December 2025. The car cost 4,992,010 hryvnias.

In 2025, Hennadii Pohorelov received 1,351,519 hryvnias in income. Of this, 927,400 hryvnias was his salary at the Regional Service Centre of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. A further 309,400 hryvnias came from his pension, whilst 114,800 hryvnias was income from the sale of electricity under the «green tariff».

His wife’s income was higher, amounting to 5,526,000 hryvnias. She received the bulk of these funds from the sale of assets: nearly 2 million hryvnias from the sale of movable property or corporate rights, and over 3.5 million hryvnias from the disposal of real estate.

The declaration also indicates the family’s substantial cash savings. Hennadii Pohorelov holds 79,000 US dollars, 31,000 euros and 410,000 hryvnias in cash. In addition, over 114,000 hryvnias are held in his bank accounts.

Nadiia Pohorelova’s accounts show approximately 30,000 hryvnias and 317 euros.

It should be noted that in 2025, the director of the Mykolaiv Regional Employment Centre, Dmytro Oboronko, purchased a 2019 Lexus ES 250 worth 1.2 million hryvnias.
