₴59.8 million is needed for the reconstruction of the «Animal Protection Center» in Mykolaiv: a donor is being sought for this

59.8 million hryvnias are needed for the reconstruction of the infrastructure of the utility company «Center for Animal Protection» in Mykolaiv. The city council is looking for a donor who will finance these works.

The corresponding information is published on the website of the DREAM state system, they write NikVesti. The reconstruction of the «Animal Protection Center» provides:

• Improvement of animal keeping conditions.

This involves the repair of existing premises, the construction of new enclosures and quarantine zones. In particular, the number of enclosures for keeping dogs is going to be increased from 134 to 220, for the postoperative unit — from 18 to 30, and 30 enclosures for the isolation unit will be built.

• Modernization of veterinary services.
