«We plan to organize the work of car patrols on the street and road network to control the safety environment and help in case of bad weather or any emergency events on the roads. There are also patrols that will be on duty to protect public order on the streets of the city and region,» Serhii Makhno said.

We would like to remind that in general, about 20 thousand police officers will ensure order in Ukraine on the holidays, and a total of about 30 thousand law enforcement officers, including law enforcement officers of the National Guard, the military service of law and order, public formations and volunteers.

We remind that the residents of the front-line territories are urged to take seriously the combat activity of the enemy during the holidays and are advised to leave during the holidays if possible.

We should also note that the curfew will not be canceled in Mykolaiv and the region for the New Year holidays.

We also remind you that the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading adopted draft law No. 10195 on administrative responsibility for curfew violations. Violators will be fined from 8,500 to 17,000 hryvnias. In case of repeated violation, the amount is multiplied by two.
