A logistics center is planned to be built in the Kobleve community

In the Kobleve community, they plan to build a logistics and production center near the village of Fedorivka.

The relevant project documents are posted on the website of the Kobliv village council.

The state road of international public use M-14 «Odesa — Melitopol — Novoazovsk» passes next to the project area. It is noted that the total area of the territory within the framework of the development of a detailed plan is 21.59 hectares.

The department of urban planning and architecture of the Kobleve village council is indicated as the designer of the site. According to the documentation, the following can be placed on this territory:

• production and warehouse buildings, enterprises of the V class of harmfulness with sanitary classification in accordance with the state sanitary standards of DSP №173-96;
• warehouse buildings (food, manufactured goods);
• warehouse buildings for storage of construction materials;
• warehouse buildings with administrative and household buildings;
• administrative buildings;
• office buildings;
• open storage areas.

In the future, parking lots, warehouses, refrigerators, buildings and structures of transport enterprises will be built on this territory. In addition, the drilling of a 30-meter well is planned. 270 people will work in the future logistics center.

«Logistics operations include, for example, actions performed on material resources or finished products, such as loading, unloading, transportation, acceptance and release from the warehouse, storage, transshipment from one mode of transport to another, sorting, consolidation, disaggregation, labeling etc. Logistical operations related to information and financial flows accompanying the material flow may include collection, storage, transfer of information regarding the material flow, settlements with suppliers and buyers of goods, cargo insurance, transfer of property rights to goods, and the like. Combining logistics operations into functions depends primarily on the type of logistics system,» the documents state.

In connection with the development of urban planning documentation, public hearings will be held in the community. The discussion is scheduled for September 19.

It was previously reported that the Kobleve community created a perspective development plan until 2027, which outlined opportunities for revitalizing the tourism industry in the region.

In Kobleve, it is also planned to develop a mobile application «Kobleve Resorts» with access to information about services, locations and events in the region. It is planned to be launched after the end of the war.
