Residents of Mykolaiv collected more than 9 million liters of water at free distribution points

In September, residents of Mykolaiv collected 9.4 million liters of free purified water at the points installed on the basis of the Mykolaivoblteploenergo utility company.

In total, since the beginning of 2024, the enterprise has issued more than 86 million liters of drinking water, the press service of the enterprise reported.

According to utility officials, water is currently supplied to the population at almost 80 points in all districts of the city. The specialists of Mykolaivoblteploenergo deal with their maintenance, carry out routine work and take care of water quality.

We will remind you that the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, commissioned the construction of a new water main to provide Mykolaiv with drinking water «on the fast track» — drinking water should be available by the summer of 2025. The government has already approved the corresponding program.
