Oksana Kutsenko, a judge at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal, has resigned.
The High Council of Justice approved the decision to dismiss her on 31 March.
The council noted that Yuliia Mikush, a judge at the Lviv Court of Appeal, had also been dismissed.
«On 31 March 2026, the High Council of Justice considered the materials regarding the dismissal of judges from their posts under general circumstances. The High Council of Justice decided to dismiss, following the submission of resignation applications: Yulia Romanivna Mikush from the post of judge of the Lviv Court of Appeal; Oksana Vasylivna Kutsenko from the post of judge of the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal,» the statement reads.
According to her declaration, in 2025 Oksana Kutsenko received almost 2.8 million hryvnias in salary and over 283,000 hryvnias in pension, reports NikVesti.
In addition, she declared $50,000 in cash, over 450,000 hryvnias in bank accounts, and nearly 6,000 hryvnias in rental income. The family owns two flats and a plot of land.
