In the Mykolaiv region today, 7 May, the Russians dropped propaganda leaflets against the Ukrainian authorities from «Molniia» drones. Law enforcement agencies are investigating the matter.

This was stated by Vitalii Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, during the «Yedyni Novyny» live broadcast, according to NikVesti.

According to Vitalii Kim, the nature of the Russian attacks has changed. He mentioned the propaganda leaflets in this context.

«Today, they dropped propaganda leaflets from two «Molniia» drones. I see this as a sign of panic. These leaflets are laughable to us. Although, let them use them, so that the «Molniia» drones fly with leaflets rather than carrying out strikes,» said the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.

According to him, the Russians are using the leaflets to find agents.

«And they’re campaigning against the Ukrainian authorities. In other words, they’re offering money to carry out tasks. The SSU and the police are already looking into this material. It’s happening in the east too. There, they’re switching to bots, where they want to find potential agents to obtain information for their operations. So this tactic is unlikely to work, I’ll tell you that much, which is why we’re monitoring it too and understand the situation,» noted Vitalii Kim.

As a reminder, a petrol station in Mykolaiv was damaged in a drone attack on 6 May.
