The first Caleton beach was officially opened in Odesa. In general, it is planned to provide access to about 20 locations in the city and Odesa district, as well as to one lagoon in Izmail district.

On June 8, Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa military administration, announced this.

He noted that the list will be supplemented as inspections are carried out. The RMA signed a joint order on people's access to the sea with the commander of the operational strategic group of troops «Odesa».

«During an air alert, when suspicious objects are detected, during a storm of 2 points — people are prohibited from being near the sea,» Oleh Kiper added.
