President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a number of decrees on the appointment of judges to positions in local general, commercial and administrative courts, as well as in regional commercial courts. Four of them are appointed judges in the Mykolaiv region.
The relevant decrees №285/2024, №296/2024, №295/2024 are published on the website of the Office of the President.
In particular, it is intended for:
- Vasyl Kichula of Nova Odesa District Court,
- Arbuzynka District Court to Iryna Doharieva,
- Kazankivka District Court Oleksandr Tomashevskyi,
- Olena Voloshchuk of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Court.
It should be noted that the latter worked as a judge of general jurisdiction in the court of Odesa region. Last year, she earned 437,808 hryvnias.
Before that, Olena Voloshchuk worked as an assistant judge of the Odesa Court of Appeal. In March, her candidacy was submitted by the Ukrainian People's Republic of Ukraine to the president for consideration.
Judge Vasyl Kichula is from Ternopil, where he worked at the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine. Back in February, the Higher Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended that he be appointed to the Mykolaiv Oblast court.
The term of office of judge Iryna Doharieva ended on September 24, 2021. She has worked in the Arbuzinka court since 2016. So did Oleksandr Tomashevskyi, who worked at the Kazankivka court.
We will remind you that it was previously reported that the Higher Qualification Commission will evaluate 69 judges from the Mykolaiv region for their suitability for the position they hold.
