The competition was held today, July 31.

The performance of the athletes scored 285 points and took seventh place. It is worth noting that this is the best result in the history of Ukraine in this discipline. Before that, the Ukrainian national team competed in synchronized jumping from a 10-meter tower — 12 years ago.

Athletes from China, Yuxi Zheng and Hongchang Kwan, took the first place.

The silver went to a duo from North Korea, and the bronze went to Great Britain.

After the speech in the commentary of «Social Sports», Kseniia Bailo, commenting on their jump, said that she was speaking for the whole of Ukraine.

«Our performance can be (called, — note) not only successful but not bad. Satisfied with the performance at this Olympics, glad to be in the Olympic family. First of all, I jumped for Ukraine, for defenders, athletes and coaches who could not get to this Olympics because they were killed by Russia. It was very important for me to perform in this arena,» said Kseniia Bailo.

We will remind, the first medal for Ukraine at this year's Olympic Games in Paris was won by Mykolaiv fencer Olga Harlan.
