agent passing strike data to Russia

A spotter is a person who passes data to Russia for strikes, such as the coordinates of targets or the positions of Ukrainian troops. Such agents are exposed by the SSU. In 2023 women suspected of preparing strikes on Odesa Oblast and the grain corridor were detained there. In April 2024 a kindergarten worker who directed missile strikes on Kharkiv was detained, and a court in Mykolaiv remanded four Kherson residents who had passed data on Ukrainian troops to the occupiers.
