rural community in Mykolaiv Raion

Halytsynove Community is a rural territorial community in Mykolaiv Raion, Mykolaiv Oblast, with its centre in the village of Halytsynove. It was formed on 17 August 2016 and covers 311.35 km². It includes the villages of Lupareve and Lymany.

After the full-scale invasion began, Lupareve spent about nine months on the front line, and on 6 April 2022 a missile destroyed a house there. Russian shelling of the community continued in 2024. In January 2024 Lymany got a new water tower serving 250 homes, and in December 2024 a lyceum damaged in 2022 was restored. Since 2023 arsenic and harmful bacteria have been found in the water of Lupareve and Lymany. In May 2026 tests found excess formaldehyde in the air in Lymany.

MykVisti covers the aftermath of shelling, rebuilding, and water and air quality in the community.
