calls, texts and mobile internet

Mobile communications cover calls, text messages and mobile internet from the operators Kyivstar, Vodafone and lifecell. In December 2023 a major outage left Kyivstar subscribers without service for more than a day, after which the operator cancelled the next monthly fee. In July 2024 operators were required to keep their networks running for 10 hours without mains power. 3G in Ukraine will be switched off for good on 31 December 2030.

MykVisti covers outages, tariffs, networks during blackouts and complaints from Mykolaiv residents.
