Yurii Hranaturov is a Ukrainian politician and former mayor of Mykolaiv. He was born in Mykolaiv on 31 July 1960 and headed the city from May 2014 to November 2015.

As of May 2025 Hranaturov was deputy head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration in charge of healthcare. He commented on unpaid wages at the infectious diseases hospital in 2024, funding for the emergency hospital, the evacuation of children from the regional rehabilitation and palliative care centre in March 2025 and a shelter being built for it. In April 2026 he spoke out against closing kindergartens in Mykolaiv.
