The Department of Administrative Services of Mykolaiv is going to purchase office furniture for almost ₴500,000

The Administrative Services Department of the Mykolaiv City Council announced several tenders for the purchase of new office furniture for a total of 499,906 hryvnias.

This is evidenced by the data of the ProZorro public procurement system, «NikVesti» writes.

According to the tender documentation, the department will use these funds to purchase bedside tables, office chairs and chairs, sofas, a reception desk for receiving visitors, cabinets, coffee tables and desks.

So, the customer is going to spend more than 147 thousand hryvnias on the purchase of 16 cabinets. Instead, the tenderer offers to supply goods for 68 thousand hryvnias. The proposal is awaiting a decision in connection with the «substantiation of the abnormally low price».

The department plans to pay the contractor 132,000 hryvnias for 25 office chairs and 15 chairs.

The department planned 121 thousand hryvnias for the purchase of 10 sofas. Currently, the tender proposal is at the stage of waiting for a decision, the contractor offers to perform the work for 110 thousand hryvnias.

In addition, the department for the provision of administrative services has already spent:

— UAH 24,000 for the purchase of a reception desk for receiving visitors;

— 49 thousand hryvnias for 4 wardrobes and 8 coffee tables;

— 24 thousand hryvnias for 4 bookcases and a desk.

We remind you that the administrative services department together with the department of standardization and implementation of e-governance of the Mykolaiv City Council are working on the creation of an updated electronic portal of administrative services. The administrative services department will spend 345,900 hryvnias on the purchase of a software product for updating the portal.
