In the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council, it is proposed to reward the secretary appointed two months ago on a monthly basis

Deputies of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council are offered to vote for the monthly bonus of the secretary Denys Kravchenko, who was registered in the position two months ago.

The corresponding project of the decision will be submitted for consideration by the session of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council.

The document proposes to reward Denys Kravchenko every month during his term of office, but the amount of the payments is not specified.

We remind that 21 deputies were present at the on-site meeting of deputies on September 5. According to NikVesti information, most of them are related to or directly work at the Yuzhnoukrainsk NPP.

Before the meeting, the deputies tried to expel the NikVesti correspondent and operator. In particular, Anzhela Savastru, stated that she rented premises in the «Enerhetik» cultural center with her own money, and that is why journalists do not have the right to be there. And then she asked them to pay her rent.

People's deputy Artem Chornomorov, elected to the Council for the district, which includes Yuzhnoukrainsk, considers the decision to terminate the powers of acting mayor Oleksandr Akulenko invalid. According to him, «this is a seizure of power».

At first, Denys Kravchenko failed to register for the position. In a decision dated September 14, 2023, the state registrar refused to register him as the secretary of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council. The document states that Denys Kravchenko did not submit the documents in full, and also did not leave the original documents and his own application for registration with the registrar. It is also indicated that technical errors were made when filling out the application.

The third attempt to register Denys Kravchenko took place in the evening of November 8 in the Koblivska village council. Representatives of the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council, who oppose the appointment of Denys Kravchenko, said that the registrar had been given «fake documents» and called the police. Also, the deputy mayor of Yuzhnoukrainsk, Serhii Hornostay, indicated that the documents had «a fake stamp.» However, the attempt was successful for Denys Kravchenko and he was registered for the position.

Denys Kravchenko also explained why he could not be registered in the position the previous times. According to him, previously the work of the city council was paralyzed, and important issues for the community were not approved.

At the same time, the head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim stated that the registration of the new secretary of the South Ukrainian City Council was legal.

On November 20, Denys Kravchenko came to work, but could not get to the office. A locksmith was called to the scene and the lock was broken.

Denys Kravchenko has already managed to conduct several sessions. At one of them, the deputies supported the order regarding the settlement with Oleksandr Akulenko, who was dismissed by the same deputies.

In addition, the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Council will look for where the official seal went and who used it.
