On Tuesday, May 28, a call center with trained staff and a service and communication department was opened on the basis of health care facilities of the Voznesensk district.
This was reported in the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
The call center was organized thanks to the project «Special program of support for Ukraine / EU4ResilientRegions», which is co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) and is implemented by GIZ Ukraine and the charitable organization «100% Life».
Director and advisor of the GIZ project Yuliia Gruber noted that the implementation of such a call center will relieve the workload of doctors and help in making a preliminary appointment. Operators will provide information about doctors' work schedules, diagnostic procedures and rules of preparation for them, which directly affects the quality of medical services.
Within the framework of the same program, to meet the needs of medical institutions in the district, computer equipment, generators, charging stations, laboratory and diagnostic equipment, portable medical equipment, an operating table were also purchased with German funds, as well as a gynecological office with barrier-free access, a water purification station and a new modular boiler house was built.
Together with the launch of the call center, a solar power plant will be operational for the residents of Voznesensk. According to preliminary calculations, it will provide up to 70% of the electricity needs of the medical institution.
We would like to remind you that a similar call center is also already operating on the basis of medical institutions of the Bashtanka district.
