Davyd Arakhamiia, the head of the Servant of the People parliamentary faction, considers the Victory Plan presented by the president to be a detailed document designed for the current period and the time of post-war reconstruction.
He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
«We offer our partners a strategy of mutual reinforcement. Without our victory, without an honest and fair peace for Ukraine, the world will not be able to feel safe. But a strong, independent, European Ukraine will be able to become a donor of collective security for our entire continent. And today the President clearly said that,» he wrote.
According to him, after the presentation of the Victory Plan, a meeting was held at which the leadership of the Verkhovna Rada, heads of parliamentary factions and groups supported the document.
«Thank you colleagues for unity and unanimity in the vision of our Victory and a just peace. This once again confirms that the Victory Plan is an absolutely realistic document that unites society in matters of our struggle and our future,» he added.
We will remind that on Wednesday, October 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented his Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada, which consists of five points and three secret annexes and provides for an invitation to NATO, strengthening of defense and deterring of Russian aggression.
Earlier, The Times journalists published four points of the Victory Plan, which Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented to US President Joe Biden. However, the President's Office stated that they did not inform journalists of this information.
In September, Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the US presidential candidate Donald Trump in New York and presented the Victory Plan.
During the meeting, politicians discussed in detail the general situation in Ukraine, the consequences of the war for Ukrainians and the economy. A separate focus of the conversation is the constant shelling of cities and civilian infrastructure by the Russian Federation and the role of American Patriot systems in protecting people's lives.
