Ukrainian firefighter set a world record at the World Rescue Championship in the USA

Ukrainian firefighter Oleksandr Baran managed to set a world record in the men's tandem category at the World Rescue Championship in the USA.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on October 24.

It is noted that Oleksandr Baran in tandem with his colleague from Florida Mackenzie Briggs ran the distance with an impressive time of 1:09.91 in the men's tandem category 40-44 years during the qualification.

«This stunning result demonstrates the high level of training, skill and teamwork of our rescuers,» the message reads.
