Damages amount to ₴90 billion: the Mykolayiv RMA spoke about the restoration of damaged objects with the involvement of non-budgetary funds

As a result of hostile shelling of the residential, social and energy infrastructure of the Mykolaiv region, losses of 90 billion hryvnias were caused.

The head of the Mykolaiv regional state administration, Vitalii Kim, told about this during the briefing, «NikVesti» writes.

— Thanks to foreign partners, because a lot of non-budgetary funds were used for reconstruction. We have very little money for recovery. Losses from direct hits alone amounted to 90 billion hryvnias. That is, we will not do it quickly with any budget, even state ones, because even now the priorities are different, so we are concentrating on cooperation with international partners. We have about 20 more objects that we plan to restore with non-budgetary funds, — said Vitalii Kim.

As of October, 29% of critical infrastructure and housing and communal services objects have been restored.

— There is a total figure for restoration — 29% of 12,000 objects, but the lion's share is critical infrastructure, medicine, and housing and communal services. Very few percent 7-12 now on objects that are being restored, because now the priority is to restore bridges, gas, electricity. This is what we focused on last year. Now we are moving on to larger reconstruction projects: there are 63 schools, hospitals, — he added.

As a reminder, thanks to cooperation with international donors and business partners, Mykolaiv Oblast is a leader in spending funds without additional funding from the budget.
