The head of Mykolaiv OVA Vitaly KimIn the Mykolayiv region, 19 bridges out of 20 that were damaged by Russian shelling were restored. The latter is currently being repaired.
The head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim told about this at a press conference on December 26, «NikVesti» writes.
According to him, 455 kilometers of roads of local value have been restored in the region for the amount of 325 million. Also, 550 kilometers of state roads were restored for the amount of 617 million hryvnias
He also said that almost all bridges damaged during the war were repaired in the region. 8 bridges were restored with state budget funds in the amount of 960 million hryvnias.
In addition, the State Special Transport Service, with the financial support of the UNITED24 fundraising platform, restored 9 bridges in Mykolaiv Oblast.
«I want to note the pace. We started last December and finished two or three months ago. I believe that we have closed this issue completely,» noted Vitalii Kim.
We will remind that in the Mykolayiv region, the overhaul of the overpass over the railway on the road T-15-08 «Kalynivka — Snihurivka», destroyed as a result of hostilities, was completed.
As previously reported, an 84-meter-long bridge crossing over the Iniulets River was built in the Horokhove community of the Mykolaiv region in five months. Vitalii Kim said that it was the penultimate bridge that needed to be restored.
We will remind that the Service for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure in the Mykolaiv Oblast (reformed SAD, — note) already announced this year tenders for the repair of two bridges on the highway «Kalynivka — Snihurivka». We are talking about road segments km 2+398 for 220 million 478 thousand 809 hryvnias (the Kalynivka bridge, which was blown up on March 2, 2022 during the next wave of Russian offensive) and km 36+483 for 113 million 944 thousand 813 hryvnias.
The State Agency for Reconstruction and Development of Infrastructure noted that a total of 6 bridges were destroyed in the Mykolaiv region. In 2023 , two bridges near the de-occupied Snigurivka in Mykolaiv Oblast are planned to be overhauled. The cost of the works is 300 million 792 thousand 500 hryvnias.
