In February 2025, the average salary in the Mykolaiv RMA was one of the lowest in the country, amounting to almost 25,800 hryvnias. At the same time, Odesa and Kherson regional administrations were among the top five in terms of salaries.
This is evidenced by data from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, according to NikVesti.

The second place is occupied by Luhansk regional state administration — 44.8 thousand hryvnias, and the third — by Kherson regional state administration, where the average salary is 43 thousand hryvnias. The fourth place is occupied by Donetsk region — 39.8 thousand hryvnias, and Odesa RMA closed the top five with an indicator of 39.1 thousand hryvnias.

Heads of structural units received an average of almost 35 thousand hryvnias, and specialists — almost 23 thousand hryvnias. The lowest salary for workers was almost 9 thousand hryvnias.
For comparison, in January 2024, the average salary at Mykolaiv Regional Administrative Unit was 24 thousand hryvnias, and in December it was already 49.7 thousand hryvnias.
In December 2024, the Mykolaiv and Kherson RMAs were among the top 3 in terms of average salaries.
