The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will allocate 5.2 billion hryvnias to repair and maintain roads in the frontline and near-frontline regions. The funds will be allocated to the State Agency for the Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine and regional administrations.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
«5.2 billion hryvnias has been allocated to the Reconstruction Agency and regional administrations for the reconstruction and maintenance of roads in the frontline and near-frontline regions, which are prioritised by our Security and Defence Forces,» he wrote.
Earlier it was reported that a frontline road is being repaired in Mykolaiv region.
As a reminder, Mykolaiv region has no funds for local road repairs in 2025 — all the money from the road fund is earmarked for defence.
