Annual income of ₴10 million: 656 major businesspeople in the Mykolaiv region

There are currently 656 entrepreneurs operating in the Mykolaiv region whose companies have an annual turnover of over ten million hryvnias and submit their financial reports on time. By comparison, there are 4,431 such businesspeople in the Odesa region and 451 in the Kherson region.
This is according to data from the OpenDataBot analytical platform, as reported by NikVesti.

Next come: Dnipropetrovsk region (7,204 businesspeople) and Lviv region (5,878). Together, these three regions account for around 40% of the country’s big business.
In total, there are around 74,000 entrepreneurs in Ukraine with this level of income. This is approximately one-fifth of all company owners who have submitted annual financial statements.
The majority operate in the revenue segment of 10 to 100 million hryvnias — such companies account for 79%. A further 19% have a turnover of between 100 million and one billion hryvnias, and only 2% of enterprises belong to the largest category, with an annual revenue exceeding one billion hryvnias.
Revenue of companies in the 2026 ranking Infographic: OpenDataBotAccording to analysts, the «entry threshold» for the top 100 richest businesspeople in Ukraine in 2025 rose to 9.96 billion hryvnias in company revenue — 11% more than the previous year. To make it into the top 1,000, a business must generate at least 1.5 billion hryvnias in annual revenue.
Rinat Akhmetov remains the undisputed leader of the ranking — the combined revenue of his companies exceeds 843 billion hryvnias. Second and third places are held by Vitalii Antonov and Andrii Verevskyi. The top ten also includes Yurii Kosiuk, Volodymyr Kostelman, Oleksii Poroshenko and Dmytro Firtash. The only woman in the top 10 is Svitlana Ivakhiv, with company revenue of around 46.9 billion hryvnias.

It was previously reported that a subsidiary company — the branch «Kilobyte1024» — had been registered in Mykolaiv, which is one of the suppliers of IT solutions for the Monobank project.
It should be recalled that in 2024, Oleh Horokhovskyi announced that following a dispute with the Dnipro tax office, he had decided to change his registered address to Mykolaiv and pay taxes to the local budget. According to public registers, in March 2024 he re-registered in Mykolaiv as a sole trader.
It should be noted that the mayor of Mykolaiv stated that Monobank co-founder Oleh Horokhovskyi, who registered a subsidiary company in Mykolaiv — the «Kilobyte1024» branch — has already paid tens of millions of hryvnias to the city budget.
