This is stated in the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 200/2025.
Oleksandr Rudynskyi is a Ukrainian theatre and film actor. He was born in Mykolaiv and moved to Kyiv after graduating from high school, where he entered the Ivan Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television.
At the end of November, the Paramount+ streaming platform premiered a spy series starring Oleksandr Rudynskyi as Ukrainian soldier Oleksandr Butenko, who performs undercover missions in the government-controlled and temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
