A thousand hryvnias per person per family will amount to several thousand hryvnias, and the funds can be spent on paying for Ukrainian goods and services, including utilities, electricity. The President instructed the Cabinet to work out the details of the program and ensure timely receipt of funds.
«All the details must be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers and presented to the people. I look forward to it in the near future. People should have the money on December 1,» said the President.
