According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the implementation of the Peace Plan depends on Ukraine's partners, not on Russia.
He also emphasized that the urgency of the victory plan is right now. And if you start moving on this plan now, you may be able to end the war no later than next year.
The President noted that for decades, Russia has used geopolitical uncertainty in Europe, namely the fact that Ukraine is not a member of NATO. This is what tempted Russia to encroach on Ukrainian security.
According to him, Ukraine and its partners must together change the circumstances so that the war ends, so that the Russian Federation «is forced to peace.»
«The first item is an invitation to NATO. Now. This is the determination of how partners see Ukraine's place in the security architecture,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted.
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the second point is defense, which is the irreversible strengthening of Ukrainian defense and the reversal of the war in the direction of the Russian Federation (in the sense of returning the war to enemy territory). This point has a secret appendix.
The third point is the deterrence of Russian aggression. There is also a secret application under it, to which the leaders of the USA, Britain, and Italy have access. Ukraine proposes to place on its territory a comprehensive non-nuclear package to deter further Russian aggression.
The fourth point is Ukraine's strategic and economic potential. Plus a secret app shared by the US and the EU. It provides for an agreement with partners.
The fifth item is designed for the post-war period. The Ukrainian experience should be used for the entire Alliance and the defense of Europe. Kyiv offers to replace the American military in Europe with Ukrainian ones after the war.
«This Ukrainian experience should be used to strengthen the defense of the entire Alliance and guarantee the security of all of Europe. This is a worthy mission for our heroes,» said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
