A family-type orphanage from Kherson Oblast has received a new home in the Carpathian region. The housing, worth 4.7 million hryvnias, was purchased at the expense of a state subvention.
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Administration.
It is noted that Mykola and Olena Plastun are raising 6 children deprived of parental care. The family moved from the Kherson region and now lives in the Kolomyia community.
«All efforts are aimed at ensuring that children who have experienced difficult life challenges are brought up in a warm and caring family atmosphere», the statement reads.
Earlier it was reported that six family-type orphanages from the frontline regions would be provided with housing in Odesa.
