The Gauleiter of the occupied villages in Kinburn complained about the Russian army: «Mass looting, vandalism and threats to life»

Serhii Beliakov, the Gauleiter of the occupied villages of Pokrovka and Vasylivka on the Kinburn Peninsula, complained about the actions of the Russian military, who are looting, threatening the local population with violence and massacre.

He published the video appeal in a closed chat of residents of Kinburn Spit, reports the Center for Journalistic Investigations.

In the video, Beliakov calls himself the head of the Pokrovka and Vasylivka villages. According to him, locals come with tears in their eyes and complain about the inappropriate behavior of Russian soldiers.

«Mass looting, vandalism, rude treatment of people, humiliation of the elderly, theft of money, valuables and tools during searches, use of violence, coercion to give false statements, direct threats to life in case of contacting the «police». Products are stolen from people, including humanitarian aid. Russians stole a glucometer and a tonometer from a diabetes patient after a stroke. Such impunity has become the norm,» says Serhii Beliakov.

Residents of Kinburn and Beliakov himself are informants and correctional officers for the Russians on the peninsula, to whom the Russian army is hostile, Gauleiter says.

«They (Russians, — note) openly say: «You are all enemies, and therefore you can do as you like,» Beliakov reads the address.

The Gauleiter accuses a group of scouts of the «Don» brigade under the command of a military man with the call sign «Bumblebee» for the committed actions. In particular, he destroyed the communication amplifier, which was used to solve the humanitarian problems of the Kinburn.

On April 5, on the Kinburn Peninsula, Russians robbed the house of Anna Stotska, who is the mother of the famous Russian singer Anastasia Stotska and the author Pavel Maikov. According to Beliakov, this was also done by the «Don» military brigades.

«On April 21, my father-in-law saw how the Russian military dismantled the gate, stole the refrigerator and prepared to take away other things from Stotska's house. The actions of the military turned the village into a zone of fear. People do not understand why and they have no answer. When I talk to people, in addition to anger, I feel a sense of shame for the actions of Russians, who are as Orthodox as we are. If you think that the war will erase everything, then you are wrong,» said Serhii Beliakov.

Gauleiter addressed his appeal regarding the actions of the Russian occupiers to the commander of the «Don» brigade, the so-called investigative committee of the Kherson region and other occupation authorities.

Serhii Beliakov became the Gauleiter of the villages on the Kinburn spit in 2022. According to information from occupation sources, representatives of the illegal authorities of the Kherson region have been trying to «displace» him from this region for two years. This is particularly clear from Beliakov's address itself. In the video, he names a collaborator, the head of Hola Prystan Kostiantyn Tistol, as involved in the looting. After criticizing the latter in 2022, Serhii Beliakov was allegedly threatened by the Russian military, in particular, a Russian intelligence officer with the call sign «Chingiz».

Currently, according to Beliakov, there are few people left in the local villages, and the settlements themselves are located at a considerable distance from the main roads. This creates difficulties for the occupiers in their attempts to reach the villages of Pokrovka and Vasylivka and fully control them.

Before the occupation of the peninsula, he represented the interests of residents of Pokrovka, who opposed the expansion of the boundaries of the territorial community. It was planned to include part of the territories of the Regional Landscape Park «Kinburnska Kosa» and the National Nature Park «Biloberezhzhia Svyatoslav» in the new general plan of the Ochakiv community.

It should also be noted that Beliakov's wife, Tetiana Larina, owns the farm «Larina Dacha» in Kinburn, where Ukrainian tourists came before the war.
