Damage to the environment as a result of shelling of Odesa amounted to more than ₴1.2 million

As a result of the Russian attack in Odesa, on November 18, private private houses were destroyed in one of the recreation areas of the city. Experts estimated environmental damage at 1.2 million hryvnias.

This was reported in the State Environmental Inspection of the South-Western District.

It is noted that due to shelling, land plots are littered with metal debris and construction waste.

«Damage in the amount of more than 1.2 million hryvnias was caused. The information was transferred to the Operational Headquarters of the State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine for the formation of a single register of damages caused to the environment as a result of armed aggression,» the message reads.

We will remind, on November 18, Russian troops attacked Odessa with missiles.

As a result of shelling in Odesa, 10 people died and 47 were injured.
