An event called «Shot of Faith» was held in Odesa for children and teenagers from families of deceased and missing Ukrainian soldiers.

This was reported in a story on the Unified News telethon, according to NikVesti.

It is noted that twenty participants aged 12 to 18 learned how to handle weapons, tried on combat equipment, and practised shooting at a shooting range. The «Shot of Faith» initiative is part of a project founded three years ago by the families of Ukrainian heroes.

«This is our opportunity to hold, shoot and reach what our parents did. Every shot is like a reminder that they are watching us and are proud of our results,» shared 14-year-old Daniil, son of the late hero Vladyslav Buvalkin.

It is noted that the purpose of the event is not only to teach practical skills, but also to help children recover psychologically and socialise after the loss of their parents.

We remind you that another weekly event was held in Mykolaiv to remind people about Ukrainian soldiers who are in captivity or missing in action. According to Andrii Yevdokymov, senior inspector of the preventive communication sector of the National Police, about 220 people took part in the event.
